Yoav Eshed - Guitar
The award-winning guitarist and and composer Yoav Eshed, originally from Israel, based in Brooklyn, NY, graduated from Berklee College of Music ‘Summa Cum Laude’.
Yoav started to play the piano at the age of 3 and displayed prodigious abilities playing Hydn, Bach and Mendelssohn at a very young age. After picking up the guitar at the age of 13, Yoav has been performing around the world with top Israeli jazz musicians.
He has annually received the America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarships for Jazz since 2008. Yoav received scholarships from the “New School” (NY) and won the ‘Prestigious Dean Award’ from Berklee College Of Music.
Yoav has been contributing to the BVLC family since Ramsey Modiri's move to the west coast in 2016.
