Dear Big Village Family,

Whatever you've been up to, I'm sure you can agree that this summer has not been a joke. We hope that you've kept your head up through the thick and thin of it all, and that you're keeping your loved ones close, and remembering to appreciate them.

We wanted to reach out to you right now to keep you posted on how things have been going.

-Thank you letters are being emailed out immediately after this post goes live. A few new demos recordings are being sent out as a companion to the thank you letters, as an extra thanks for the support.

-The music video is still in the editing lab. Turns out a five-minute music video is taking our mastermind longer than he expected. We're scouting locations for a video release party in November.

-New music is still on the way! We made the executive decision to head back into the studio to tighten up a few things before publishing. Will be in touch soon about when the next releases will be scheduled.

-The website has been hugely updated! You can now click through to a special page dedicated to every regular member of Big Village Little City, via our "About" section. Check it out now!

-We're headed to Wanderlust Tremblant next weekend! Come up and hang with us!!!

The village has landed back in Brooklyn after rocking Wanderlust Vermont, the third of our Snake Oil Tour legs for this month. We had an incredible time, and want to give a huge shout out and thanks to all the beautiful people we met up there!

​To celebrate a successful first time out on the road, we'll be joining Dave Mullen's Butta, Waiting on Mongo, and Joe Benjamin & a Mighty Handful at the Hall at MP in Williamsburg for CEG's Funk Fest on Thursday night.

If you're an NYC local, make sure not to miss this one. Our lineup will be packed to capacity, and it's looking to be one of the best shows we'll have played yet in Brooklyn.

 
In other news, we have been so busy getting everything in order for these tour legs, we haven't had any time to follow up on our successful crowdfunding campaign. For everyone who was gracious enough to donate to our cause - THANK YOU! - We love you! - We haven't forgotten you!
